located in Rapid City, South Dakota. Our company's mission is

WesDak
Appraisal Services specializes in the valuation of agricultural,
rural residential, and rural commercial properties for a variety
of purposes including right-of-way acquisitions. WesDak Appraisal
Services is also one of the few appraisal firms that has the
experience and expertise required for the valuation of Indian
Trust lands.
David
M. Baker, the chief appraiser and part owner of WesDak Appraisal
Services, has over 30 years of professional real estate appraisal
experience. Mr. Baker is a Certified General real property appraiser
with extensive rural appraisal experience and is a member in good
standing of several professional appraisal organizations.
WesDak
Appraisal Services' provides real estate appraisal services
throughout South Dakota, but our primary service area is western
South Dakota.
In
addition to the standard delivery of the complete report by U.S.
Priority Mail, WesDak Appraisal Services also offers an
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) report delivery option. The
client can select either the electronic transmission of a complete
report with maps, photos, sketches, signature, and addenda in
a PDF digital format sent to their Internet email account; or
they can retrieve the compete report in a PDF digital format from
a secure Internet site where the client is sent an email with
easy to follow instructions on how to access and retrieve the
report. The second option eliminates the restrictions that many
Internet email accounts place on file size and also assures that
large reports will not clog your email account. Adobe's
FREE Acrobat Reader is all that is required to view, navigate,
and print the entire appraisal file across all major computing
platforms. If you do not have Acrobat
